The power was out yesterday once I got home from school and running errands. It was very boring. My mom made us clean the house since we had nothing to do. We were told the power would be on by 7:30pm but surprise! It wasn't. Turns out it couldn't be turned back on until after midnight.
My mom took us out to panda express, then dropped me off with the two youngersters. The house was basically pitch black (not to mention freezing) when we got home. Mom and my sister went to get flashlights and candles, all the ones we have don't work for some reason or other. Sooo in the mean time I improvised. I took out my rather large collection of glowsticks and put them around the house. Then we starting to have a little dance party, we being me and my two youngest siblings. It was pretty fun :)
Luckily the power was back on by today because it has been raining and snowing. It's so cold! You know you are in Utah when it is summer one day, fall the next, then winter by the end of the week! Utah is so confused.
